How to get there from here

It was mentioned at today's meeting that we get to the point where we do the 30 second commericial for the person sitting beside us -- I like the idea. Maybe we could do something like that on the first meeting of the month rather than every time?

Also, at some point in the recent past, I heard someone mention the idea of re-arranging the seating configuration from the long horseshoe-type arrangement that generally restricts conversation between two or three folks and instead have us seated four to a table. Such an arrangement might lend itself to more conversation. Ideas? Comment below.
